Division Meetings

Division meetings have been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 21, 2025
The meetings will take place at the Multi-purpose Building beginning at 6PM.
Agenda is tentative and may change if needed.
It is recommended that everyone show up at beginning and be ready!
- 6-6:20 rabbits
- 6:20-6:40 poultry
- 6:40-7 lambs/goats
- 7-7:20 swine
- 7:20-7:40 cattle
- 7:40-8 general (includes Ag Mech)
Please bring rule changes and judge recommendations to the species meeting and turn in to the correct species superintendent at the beginning of the meeting. Please have a copy to turn in and a copy for you for any discussion.
Rule Changes: please have the current rule you are referencing for change and the recommendation for change.
Judge Recommendations: Bios are greatly welcomed but not mandatory. Name, email, and contact numbers for potential judges are mandatory.
No rule change suggestions or judge recommendations will be taken without the sponsor being present.
